We don’t double-book our patients.
We are committed to delivering high quality care and its impossible to be in “two places at once.” We find that spending more direct time with our patients leads to more predictable and higher quality outcomes—with less stress. Our patients value this personal attention.
We don’t advertise (unless to fundraise for a worthy cause).
Our best new patients have come to us by word of mouth referrals from our existing patients (who we love) and our dental specialist colleagues. We have found that patients who are seeking high quality dental care find their way to us without the need for coupons and giveaways. Our patients appreciate the “low-volume” nature of our practice.
We don’t attempt to perform procedures that are not our specialty.
We don’t perform endodontic treatment or surgical procedures that can be better provided by endodontic, oral surgical or periodontal specialists. Our practice emphasis is Restorative, Cosmetic and Preventive Dentistry. Therefore, our practice is limited to the the pursuit of excellence in these disciplines. This allows us to work with the very best dental specialists, with an interdisciplinary approach, to ultimately deliver the highest quality care to our patients.
We don’t attempt to fabricate “in-house” permanent ceramic restorations.
We don’t attempt to make permanent restorations for our patients that can be better fabricated by highly trained and experienced dental technicians and master ceramists who can create profoundly higher quality restorations. This may not be as “quick” as some in-office, cost-cutting, options that are available elsewhere, however we find that our approach delivers consistently excellent results. Our patients are glad to give us the time we need to achieve the outcomes they desire and deserve.

We understand that quality dental treatment comes at significant cost—both time and money. We are committed to providing multiple financial and scheduling options that allow our patients to access high quality dental care that fits into their budgets and lifestyles.

The restorative and cosmetic dental care we perform is just the beginning of our long term commitment to overall health and comfort. Preventive Dentistry is an integral component of the Complete Dental approach and provides our patients with ongoing stability and satisfaction.
Our financial arrangements are fair and easy to understand.
To avoid unexpected financial responsibility, we aim to disclose all known and anticipated financial factors; including probable specialist care, outside lab costs and insurance coverage. We obtain as much insurance information as possible and strive to maximize our patients’ reimbursements.
Above all, we love what we do and want to give our patients Hope.
